Vessel Technical Superintendent – Marine Ops & PMS Lead

Aesen Group is seeking a Chief Engineer based in the United Arab Emirates to oversee all technical operations on our vessels. You will be responsible for managing the Planned Maintenance System, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and tracking operational costs effectively. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency are required. Experience in the marine industry and with OSV operations is preferred, alongside prior sailing experience. Excellent benefits including medical insurance and paid leave are provided.
