Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)
Oversee coordination of a 24/7 SOC analyst team, ensuring consistent coverage and smooth operational handovers.
Drive the effectiveness of detect‑and‑analyse controls operated by the SOC team, ensuring incidents are identified, triaged and escalated appropriately.
Build strong collaboration with UK‑based Cyber Defence colleagues to support joint security monitoring, intelligence sharing and incident response alignment.
Lead continual service improvement activity across SOC processes, tooling and workflows.
Additional Responsibilities: 
Communicate complex threats, risks and operational challenges clearly and confidently to key stakeholders across regions.
