Position Overview

Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions Business (GEIS) is hiring a Vice President & General Manager in our Latin America Region. The role is based in Iztapalapa, MX. Relocation assistance is offered for this position. This position requires 25% travel.

The Vice President & General Manager, LATAM, for Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions Business (GEIS) will be pivotal in driving both short-term and long-term growth of the business unit. They will develop and implement strategies for business development, sales, marketing, and product management. This role includes coordinating a integral organization with responsibilities in R&D, operations, finance, and HR. The GM will enhance financial performance by ensuring profit targets are met and exceeded.
