Vice President, Global Talent, Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness

The Vice President Global Talent, Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness , will serve as a critical member of the global HR leadership team, and will lead our global talent agenda, organizational effectiveness, skills & leadership development, workforce strategy, rewards frameworks, and global employment infrastructure.

This role will oversee the full talent lifecycle from attraction and development to rewards, mobility, and workforce planning, all while ensuring AutoStore builds the capabilities, structures, and strategic people frameworks required to scale globally. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping organizational capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring AutoStore remains competitive, future-ready, and strategically aligned.
