JOB PURPOSE
Manage, operate, and maintain Aldar datacentre facilities, Network, IP Telephony, and security operations to ensure maximum uptime for users
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage & monitor all datacentre’s facilities including access control, security, disaster recovery
- Liaise with the Facilities Department to ensure high availability and performance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the datacentre
- Propose standards, tools, policies, and procedures pertaining to the datacentre facility management
- Manage the datacentre facilities to ensure support on 24x7 basis
- Develop new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks, Firewall, and IP Telephony
- Manage network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
