Vice President of Corporate Development (Madrid)

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP, Corporate Development to lead and drive mergers and acquisitions, strategic venture investments, and high-impact corporate initiatives
• You will serve as a key leader within the organization owning the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, shaping our growth strategy, and partnering directly with the executive team to identify and capitalize on opportunities that accelerate the future of our business
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of M&A; transactions and strategic initiatives from target identification, due diligence, and deal structuring through negotiation, execution, and post-merger integration
• Drive the strategy and pipeline for Cross River Digital Ventures, including sourcing, evaluating, and managing venture capital investments in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities
