What You’ll Lead

As Vice President, Workforce Reengineering, you will design and hire into a new consultative support unit that will:

  • Redesign workflows end-to-end (mapping work, decomposing tasks, quantifying effort, fixing flow).
  • Architect future-state operating models (layers/spans, decision rights, governance, role clarity, productivity outcomes).
  • Build a skills-based workforce approach that links tasks to skills and informs build/buy/borrow/bot ...
