Role Overview
Leigh Academy Paddock Wood offers a role for a Vice Principal starting from January 2027 or earlier. This position provides an opportunity to lead with enthusiasm, motivating staff to achieve high expectations and drive our curriculum forward.
Responsibilities
The role includes:
- Covering classes to create release time or teaching a consistent class.
- Supporting the Principal with the strategic direction of the academy.
- Acting in a delegated capacity in the Principal’s absence.
