Video Editor / Motion Graphics Specialist Working Hours: M-F (EST or PST) Job Type: Part-Time Scope of the Role The Video Editor / Motion Graphics Specialist will support the creative and growth teams by producing high-performing video and motion-based ad creatives optimised for paid media channels. This role focuses heavily on rapid iteration, producing multiple variations of ads to test creative concepts, messaging, and formats. The role is ideal for someone experienced in performance marketing creatives who understands how to create engaging, scroll-stopping content designed for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create high-performing video ads optimized for paid social and paid search campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visuals for non-static ad formats.
• Rapidly iterate creative variations to support ongoing A/B testing initiatives.
