Open to full‑time or contractor applicants. 
Responsibilities Produce one‑hour podcast video edit for YouTube & Spotify. 
Create an engaging 1‑minute podcast trailer. 
Produce short‑form social clips. 
Suggest titles and thumbnails for YouTube videos. 
Qualifications & Skills Deep interest in podcast and social content. 
Strong grasp of hooks, cliffhangers, and storytelling techniques. 
Proficient in colour grading, subtitling, sound editing, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects). 
Experience creating engaging trailers & social clips (e.g., edits for The Diary of a CEO). 
Comfortable using After Effects. 
Fast internet and a powerful laptop or workstation capable of 4k video editing.
