Responsibilities
- Edit long‑form content such as vlogs, talking heads, and YouTube videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
- Edit short‑form content including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts that hook viewers in 3 seconds and keep them engaged.
- Create clean, fast‑paced short‑form videos in the style of existing examples.
- Brainstorm and collaborate on video ideas, topics, and titles that maximize engagement.
- Work closely with the team to script and finalize concepts.
- Analyze performance data to identify what works and improve future content.
- Collaborate daily with other editors for feedback and skill‑sharing.
