• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, retention).
• Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with deep expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across social platforms — owning the DJ-ing, remixing, and optimization of content to drive scalable performance.
