Job Summary
The Villa Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Villa Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day villa operations. This role combines office tasks, coordination duties, and light operational assistance in a stay-in arrangement.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
- Assist the Villa Manager with daily reports, documentation, and record-keeping
- Maintain filing systems, inventory records, and guest/resident logs
- Prepare purchase requests, expense tracking, and basic monitoring reports

Operations Coordination
