The **Virtual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner** works in collaboration with a dedicated care team to provide evidence-based, primary care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients 18 years of age and older. This full-time clinical position is 100% remote. The care team will work with NP daily to drive better outcomes for the entire panel. **Ideal candidate is FNP licensed in one or more states in the Western U.S.**
