Position Overview
To act as a primary customer interface for the professional services department. Identify, define and implement IT strategies and projects with the Sales Team. Liaise with the Managing Director of Services Delivery on a daily basis with client status updates.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre and post sales consultation to client base.
- Provide primary IT support, issue resolution and technical advice for client base.
- Provide pre‑sales service delivery in terms of assisting in Statement of Work creation, client negotiations, presentations, demonstrations, RFP contributions, etc.
