Position Posting Visitor Service Attendant – Bioclean Aquatic Centre  (1 Position Available)   Term of Employment: Casual Rate of Pay: Band 1: $22.07 - $24.11 per hour ( Subject to CUPE 1015 Agreement ) Location: Bioclean Aquatic Centre Duties:   The Visitor Service Attendant is the first point of contact with visitors to the Bioclean Aquatic Centre.

Knowledgeable and engaging, they play a vital part in ensuring a rewarding visitor experience and in promoting the facility’s public programs, events and memberships.

This position acts as a support for all programs.

The Visitor Service Attendant must be able to tactfully deal with the public and must have effective verbal and written communication skills.  Visitor Service Attendants provide exceptional customer service, maintain lobby readiness for visitors, accurately process payments and assist with emergency procedures.
