Visual Design Lead

Tilfi is seeking a Visual Design Lead : a rigorous and visually intelligent creative to define, steward, and advance the brand's visual identity across every touchpoint. This role carries both strategic and executional responsibility: shaping the aesthetic language of the brand, leading a team of in-house specialists and external collaborators, and ensuring that everything Tilfi puts into the world - whether a campaign image, a packaging detail, a digital ad, or an event installation - is coherent, considered, and unmistakably itself.

As part of the brand's core team, you will work closely with leadership and creative peers to translate Tilfi's design philosophy, its commitment to craft, and its cultural positioning into a living visual language.

You will be the custodian of Tilfi's visual identity and its expression in the world.
