Visual Designer

Purpose & Overview

The Visual Designer at Aerolab is a hands‑on, versatile designer with a strong emphasis on conceptualization, experimentation, and visual quality . They excel in building digital experiences, developing brand identities, and constructing robust design systems.

They oversee visual decision‑making across projects, collaborate effectively with designers, PMs, and developers , and find great excitement in crafting visual stories that make an impact. They're also fluent in generative AI tools , naturally weaving them into exploration, ideation, and production to push creative boundaries.

Reports directly to the Head of Design and works alongside the Design team, Developers, and Project Managers.
