The Visual Merchandising Assistant is responsible for implementing and maintaining the M&S brand image in-store, ensuring visual consistency to provide customers with an inspirational shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with the Senior Visual Merchandiser and Commercial Department Managers, the role involves designing, developing, and managing the visual aesthetics of the store and its merchandise. The assistant supports the store's advertising, marketing, and sales strategies by executing merchandising strategies, creating visual displays, and managing merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control, thereby contributing to store profitability.
