About the Role We are looking for a VM Leader (Centralized) to define, implement and control VM guidelines across all markets. 
This role requires a strong, authoritative leader able to drive consistency and execution across countries, ensuring alignment between product, styling and in-store presentation. 
Your Responsibilities Define and implement global visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency across all stores and markets. 
Act as a gatekeeper for VM standards, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across all countries.
