VMware Administrator - L2, On-site | 24/7 Rotational Shifts

About the Role We are looking for a skilled VMware Administrator (L2) to manage, maintain, and optimize the virtualization environment. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the virtual infrastructure. You will provide L2 technical support and troubleshooting for VMware infrastructure — including ESXi, vCenter, virtual machines, Veeam/Commvault Backup, HCI, and SAN/NAS Storage. Key Responsibilities Virtualization Infrastructure • Provide L2 technical support for VMware infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues • Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications from VMware monitoring tools • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching and upgrading VMware software • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual machine performance, networking, and storage • Collaborate with L1 resources to resolve issues and escalate complex problems to L3 as needed • Document knowledge and procedures in...
