Vocational Studies / Progression Pathways Study Programme Manager Location:  St. Austell 
Salary:  £28,402.92 to £33,865.02 (SPM 1 to SPM4) 
Basis:  Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks), Teaching Contract

About the Role Based at our St. Austell campus, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to integrate into a highly successful teaching team. Alongside delivering outstanding education, the successful applicant will take on the role of Study Programme Manager within Vocational Studies. 
They will be expected to contribute to a positive experience for all learners, with particular focus on supporting students with SEND and behavioural difficulties. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the programme as a pathway lead, ensuring learners have a positive, engaging experience that enables them to reach their full potential.
