Role Overview

Reach Out is a project that provides companionship and practical support to older people who are medically vulnerable, at risk of hospital admission, or have recently been discharged from hospital. The project is based in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire, England, United Kingdom.

Volunteer Responsibilities

We are looking for friendly, caring volunteers who can visit our clients. By visiting them, you can provide companionship and support, possibly offering a cup of tea and a good natter or a short walk in the fresh air.
