Job Description Position Overview Working with the SVP, Head of Advisor Experience & Growth, this role leads the development and creation of programs that elevate the advisor and client experience across the firm. The VP will design and execute strategic initiatives in support of Distribution Leadership, translating business priorities into scalable enablement, communications, and recognition experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
