Job Descriptions: 
Building Successful Relationships by Communicating market direction to revenue management, sales, and hotel leaders.
Evaluating market demand by utilizing turndown, property diagnostics, reports, market share, and competition analysis reports.
Being responsible for maximizing revenue for the hotel.
Developing & implementing sales strategies together with management to achieve sales targets.
Monitoring all channels relevant to rates.
Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data identifies current and potential opportunities, and problems and proposes solutions.
Analyzing period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods, and obstacles to achieving goals.
Managing Revenue Management Strategy.
