Role Purpose
Technical solution responsible for Fixed & MIDI network and acts as the single point of contact for solution development technical related matters which cover the followings:
- Technology business solution B2B connectivity for Multimedia Data Communication Internet.
- B2B customers & partners integration for Fixed & MIDI solutions (E2E connectivity, technology selection, protection, monitoring system, etc.) accordance with agreed committed customer SLA.
- B2B performance and operation monitoring solution.
- B2B improvement strategy and solution including budget requirement and business justification.
