Key Responsibilities / Duties
Produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly client reports, including regulatory reporting (e.g., Basel III), with strong ownership for accuracy, timeliness, and auditability
Clarify requirements and proactively manage expectations on scope, timelines, and constraints; provide options and clear status updates to stakeholders
Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries from internal/external clients by communicating complex data clearly and concisely and ensuring consistent messaging
Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology) to ensure smooth end-to-end workflow and timely delivery
Participate in issue investigation and research; assess impact and risk, document findings, and escalate with a clear problem statement and recommended next steps
