VP Engineering

Kody is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for an exceptional VP of Engineering to lead our technical organisation through the next phase of growth. As a key member of the executive team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering strategy, culture, and execution. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high velocity, global and purpose driven environment.

As VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering organisation aligned with Kody’s values and mission. You’ll define the technical vision, guide architectural decisions and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure and reliable platforms and products.
