VP - Engineering Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager with strong technical expertise, solutioning skills, and financial domain knowledge ( Treasury, Capital Markets, Sell-side, or Buy-side ). The role demands a mix of deep engineering skills, modernization experience, and AI-driven rapid coding. This leader will architect, design, and deliver next-generation Treasury or Capital Markets platforms with high availability, resilience, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership Lead and mentor a team of 10–20 engineers across backend, frontend, and data engineering. Stay hands-on in architecture, coding, and design reviews (not just people management).
