VP Fleet Management

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Trent Fleet and Mature engines Value Stream as the VP Fleet Management – Trent 1000 & 7000.

Working as part of a cross‑functional team, this role is accountable for planning and delivering fleet health, optimising the engine removal demand and delivering the in‑year profit by shop visit events. You will gain unique insights working directly with customers, across Aftermarket Operations and Customer Teams, and influence how we generate profit working with the Value Stream VP Value Delivery and VP Cost.

The VP Fleet Management – Trent 1000 & 7000 role requires working closely with Boeing and Airbus to manage the in‑service 787 and A330 NEO fleets as we look to secure more new aircraft in both platforms.
