About the Role
As Perk scales, implementation has become a critical lever in the business. Not a support function, but the engine that converts signed deals into live, value-generating customers. The foundation is there. Now we need the leadership to build it into something that scales.
This is a seat on the Revenue Leadership Team, leading a function of roughly 35 FTEs, across our travel and spend modules with direct accountability for delivery performance, time‑to‑value, and onboarding economics.
The short version: take a capable but early‑stage team, bring operational rigour, build something that performs at scale, and use AI to fundamentally change how we deliver.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Delivery and performance. You own implementation performance across all products and segments: delivery quality, project throughput, time‑to‑live, and CSAT. You're expected to move the numbers.
