Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking a VP Sales to lead our human-led sales strategy and scale a high-volume B2 C business. We are looking for a leader who can drive revenue growth, mentor a multi-level sales team, and partner across functions to expand into new geographies and segments. You will manage 4 Sales Managers, 15 Sales Executives and 25 seasonal staff, owning recruitment, pipeline governance, and the full sales cycle to hit revenue targets.
