VP, Revenue Cycle & AI-Driven Optimization

Freenome is seeking a seasoned Revenue Cycle leader to drive enterprise-wide strategy in a fast-growing healthcare organization in Dubai. You will build and mentor a high-performance team, oversee coding, claims submission, reimbursement, and accounts receivable, and partner with Market Access to maintain payer relationships.

You will leverage AI, ML, and automation to reduce denials, monitor key KPIs, and guide budgeting and resource allocation while ensuring compliance in a healthcare context.
