Job DescriptionResponsible for wafer outsourcing , capacity management, and cost negotiation, including:
1.Competitive Price: RFQ, price negotiation, cost prediction, cost reduction initiatives, CA.
2.Capacity: long-term reservation, short-term fulfillment, acting as a bridge for internal and external parties to reach goals.
3. Contract: NDA and short-term agreements.
4. Project management (e.g. procurement system, supply allocation)

2.Proactive working attitude with good communication and negotiation skills.
3.Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet customer needs and company goals.
