• Serving food and drinks: Delivering food from the kitchen to the table, and serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
• Ensuring satisfaction: Checking that the food is correct and looks presentable, and communicating with customers to resolve complaints
• Customer service: The ability to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of customers
• Multitasking: The ability to handle multiple tables at once, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
