This Is What You’re Going To Do

• Greeting customers
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about the shared-dining concept, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Prepare tables by setting up silverware and glasses
• Assist to take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips
• Assist with good communication for ordering details to the kitchen team and waiter/tress
• Serve food and drink order
