Scope of role
The successful candidate will contribute to delivering a high-standard guest experience, providing attentive and professional service while supporting the overall operation of the food & beverage department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Present and explain the curated menu with confidence, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure service standards are consistently met.
Support bar operations when required, including the preparation and serving of beverages and cocktails.
