Functieomschrijving : We are looking for a qualified waiter or waitress to work at the Hotel Sir Victor in Barcelona ; a person who has the patience, personality and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and can improve the culinary experience of hotel guests.

We are looking for a person to be part of our F&B team: Breakfast and Banquets (events).

Main Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about the shared-dining concept, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Prepare tables by setting up silverware and glasses
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips
• Communicate order details to the kitchen team
• Serve food and drink orders
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems to your manager
