Own our entire video output and build the system around it. Turn raw footage into high‑retention YouTube videos and shorts, plus the library, templates, and basic analytics that make our content compounding.
What you’ll do (immediate outcomes):
- Cut long‑form into shorts for YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn.
