Reply to customers' queries. Contact customers as needed on stock and delivery arrangements. Inventory Application & Delivery jobs assignment. Be familiar to use the inventory application for daily order processing Incoming goods receiving note. Delivery notes, Invoices, Picklist, Stock Query. Be familiar to use the Fleet Management Application to assign orders to drivers. Monitor the status & contact drivers who are prompted late for deliveries. Consolidate documents for submission back to office for billing. Customer's specific documents to be signed during delivery process. Update billing information. Update each customer's account for work done for the month so as to facilitate billing by office. Communicate with office for any changes or ad hoc projects' billing. The ad hoc support would be for the ordering of labels needed for the labeling work receiving of small parcels of local suppliers and also sometime entertain customers visiting warehouse to inspect or collect small stock....
