Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary: In the role of Warehouse Assistant at Supply Technologies, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods in a warehouse setting. The Warehouse Assistant will ensure the warehouse is organized and operates efficiently. Responsibilities: Receive and simple inspect for incoming materials and store materials in the correct warehouse locations. check shipping documents against the physical goods to spot any discrepancies, Report any issues to QC, Purchasing, for follow-up. Prepare Outbound orders, ensuring proper system updates, documentation, and physical transfers. Required to replenish stock in clean room environment.(Candyman Job) performing Monthly cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy. Maintain basic housekeeping of the warehouse.(5S) Ensure all inventory transactions (Goods Received Note, Goods Issued Note, and Stock Adjustment Note) are updated on time to maintain stock accuracy in the system.
