Warehouse Assistant - WCAN

Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery and purchase orders Label, sort, and store materials in designated locations Maintain accurate inventory records in systems (e.g. Syspro) Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and support stock audits Prepare and issue materials for production based on BOM/material lists Ensure accuracy of part numbers and quantities issued to production Support kitting activities and ensure timely supply to the production floor Coordinate closely with Production to support daily operations Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies Ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse environment Ensure safe storage of materials in compliance with company procedures Assist in loading and unloading of goods Liaise with Purchasing, Production, and QA teams on material-related matters Report damaged ...
