**About the Role:**
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as **Picker/Packers** . In this role, you’ll help fulfill customer orders by accurately picking products, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Pick and pack products according to order sheets
+ Ensure accuracy and quality of outgoing packages
+ Label packages and prepare for shipping
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies
**Requirements:**
+ Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift
+ Basic reading and counting skills
+ Attention to detail and good time management
+ Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
+ Must be dependable and punctual
+ Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
