Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to the team reporting to him.
- Maintain smooth coordination with other Supervisors, end-user focal points, other supply organization personnel.
- Work with Deputy Warehouse Manager closely to update statistics on a daily basis and ensure smooth operation and unform policy & procedure implementation.
- Monitor KPI performance and take adequate measures to improvement.
- Ensure Safety compliance and leadership to his team.
- Ensure Stock Materials received in the Warehouse are binned conforming to the Qatar gas purchase order specification and have the appropriate supporting documentation.
- Co-ordinate with Material Management section to preserve materials received, which are flagged in QM Module for QA/QC preservation.
