Job Highlights: 2 years renewable/extendible contract Bonuses up to 3 months Career Stability Monday - Friday 8am - 530pm Key Responsibilities: Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Inbound Dept. Ensure department performance met the customer's contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Manage daily operations, includes goods receipt, order administration, serviceable returns from customer Lead the Inbound Team to ensure that all goods receiving, returns, inspection, updating of system, and put-away activities are well coordinated. Liaise with the authority, purchasers, contractors, and end-user on enquiry of receipt, issue, loan, return related matters. Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy, returns, and invalid order. Compile and computing of monthly Receipt and Return Performance Reports.
