Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to the team reporting to him.
- Maintain smooth coordination with other Supervisors, end-user focal points, other supply organization personnel.
- Work with Deputy Warehouse Manager closely to update statistics on a daily basis and ensure smooth operation and unform policy & procedure implementation.
- Monitor performance and take adequate measures to improvement.
- Ensure Safety compliance and leadership to his team
- Ensure all materials are issued in a timely and safe manner.
- Appropriate direction of employees to ensure all work is performed in a safe manner.
