Job Description
Directly Reports To: Team Leader, Customer Services
Subordinates: Warehouse Keeper
- Ensure overall warehouse compliance with PEZA, DOLE, OSH, and DENR regulations.
- Establish, maintain, and improve SOPs covering operations, safety, environment, and compliance.
- Act as accountable representative during audits and inspections.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for compliance and environmental findings.
- Oversee full facilities management, including space planning, maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage environmental permits, reporting (if applicable), vendors, contractors, and third‑party waste handlers.
- Do sourcing of materials used in the warehouse including packaging materials and arrange for equipment calibration.
