Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join Team OB in our Chessington Warehouse.

As a Warehouse and Logistics Manager at OB, you will be responsible for the warehouse and logistics departments and ensure the operation runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This will include managing the goods in, put away, replenishment, stock control, picking, nightshift, and logistics teams.

You will work closely with Team Leaders to coach and develop the wider team, having a strong presence throughout the warehouse area ensuring that all stock is received, picked, packed, and delivered in accordance with our store delivery schedule and standard operating procedures.

Leading specific projects to help make improvements to warehouse and logistics processes and systems, working collaboratively with a variety of Support Office and Retail teams.
