Warehouse manager

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of stock control, logistics, and warehouse operations for a fast-growing business based in Muizenberg. This is a critical role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across receiving, dispatch, stock accuracy, and team management. Duties will include: Overseeing receiving and dispatch of all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods Ensuring 100% stock accuracy between physical stock and system records Managing daily logistics and order fulfilment to ensure all orders go out in full and on time Leading and developing a warehouse team, including supervisors and casual staff Running stock counts, cycle counts, and preparing for peak periods (e.g. sales events) Maintaining systems and workflows (Click Up or similar) to keep operations running smoothly Overseeing warehouse equipment, vehicles, and facilities Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards Requirements...
