We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our growing team at our Burnaby warehouse.
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience, strong logistics knowledge, and hands-on SAP & inventory management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse workflow and improvement initiatives
- Create warehouse tasks for wholesale, e-commerce, and store orders
- Prioritize orders based on urgency and coordinate with warehouse team
- Process daily invoicing and communicate with operations, sales, and finance
- Support warehouse team with daily coordination and technical issues
- Optimize order consolidation to reduce shipping costs
- Assist with ASN entries and EDI compliance
- Communicate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Warehouse)
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers
